Have a specific Medicare question? Get an expert answer fast!

The Ask-An-Expert Q&A service is now built into the i65 system.

To ask a question, please log into your i65 account and head to the Services tab in the top navigation bar.

Look for the Ask-An-Expert service listing and click on the orange "Order" button.

You will be taken to a page where you can input your question. Then, within 2 business days, your answer report will be available through i65. You will also receive an email notifing you that your answer report is waiting for you.
