Medicare Expert For A Day

You want your clients to get the fiduciary Medicare help they need, but you don’t want to become a Medicare expert. Now, you don’t have to!

Through this service, you’ll get an 8-hour day of expert Medicare guidance from one of our nationally-recognized Medicare experts — Diane Omdahl or Melinda Caughill (depending on availability).

Use the day to provide any type of consulting or speaking services to your clients, including:

  • 60- or 90-minute presentations to your clients about:
    • The basics of Medicare
    • Medicare’s Open Enrollment Period
    • Other issues specific to your client base

  • Consultations for your clients who are:
    • Approaching their 65th birthday
    • Already in Medicare but need help with their coverage
    • Needing to make plan changes during Open Enrollment (Oct. 15-Dec. 7)

Basically, you'll learn exactly what you need to know to confidently enroll in (or delay) Medicare, including:

  • The timing of your Medicare enrollment — Should you sign up now or delay enrollment?
  • The type of Medicare coverage that's best for your unique needs — Taking into consideration both the present and what your needs might be in the future
  • The specific Medicare plans that are in your best interest — Medicare Advantage, Medigap, and/or Part D drug plans
  • How to sign up for Medicare — Through your final report, you'll get very specific, step-by-step enrollment instructions

  • A one-on-one consultation, provided via phone or webinar, for 60 minutes
  • One personalized Medicare RoadMap report provided in a PDF format. Each report includes step-by-step Medicare enrollment instructions, information about the type of coverage chosen, details about the specific plans recommended, pertinent information to help you understand crucial aspects of your Medicare coverage in the years to come, plus much more.
  • Answers to follow-up questions related to the RoadMap or the consultation

The process:

  1. To get started as an i65 user, log into your i65 account and order a "Personalized Medicare Consultation" service through the SERVICES tab on the navigation bar.
    To get started as a consumer, please call 65 Incorporated at 262-223-3433 to learn more about consultations and order the service.
  2. Then, a representative from 65 Incorporated will contact the client doing the consultation via email or phone in order to have that person complete an intake questionnaire. This questionnaire helps our team better understand the client's unique needs.
  3. Once the questionnaire is completed, 65 Incorporated will contact the client once again to schedule a time for the consultation. The client will then receive an email confirming the call in or webinar log in information.
  4. Clients are asked to set aside 60 minutes for the consultation (90 minutes for a couple).
  5. After the consultation, the client receives a link to download their personalized Medicare RoadMap report (provided in a PDF format) within 5 business days.
  6. After the consultation, clients are welcome to contact their Medicare expert to ask questions about their consult or RoadMap report. Our goal is always to help our clients to the best of our ability.
