How Your i65 Membership Works:
i65 is a credit-based membership system.
Each year, you’ll get an additional number of credits (based upon your membership level) that can be redeemed for a variety of Medicare services, including single uses of the i65 software, one-on-one Medicare consultations, IRMAA review services, plus much more.
Which Membership level is Best For You?
Start by determining how many of your clients turn 65 over the next 12 months. Use this number as a basis for determining your base Membership Level.

What happens to unused credits?
Credits do not expire. Any unused credits get added to the credits added during your annual renewal. For example, if you had 20 credits remaining at the end of the year, those 20 credits would be added to the new 68 credits being added for the annual renewal of a Starter membership, giving you a total of 88 credits.
Can i buy additional credits?
If you run out of credits during the year, you may purchase additional credits at the designated per credit price of your level. For example, Starter level members can purchase additional credits at $9.50 each. You may also choose to go up a level to immediately claim all the additional credits of the new level as well as a lower price per credit. Your membership renewal date will change to when your new plan membership level became effective.
Can I change my membership level?
You may change your membership level from year to year or even during the year — both up or down.
As long as you maintain an active membership at any level, you'll be able to access the i65 system and use credits. However, if you cancel your membership entirely, you will no longer be able to access the i65 system or use your accrued credits until you once again have an active membership.
